3 weeks isn't really that bad. At five feet she probably doesn't need to eat weekly if fed apropriate size prey items. Keep an eye on her, assess everything you're doing and what may have changed, and don't worry. Animals aren't machines, they can change up their routines without our permission.

I don't believe in luck. Luck is God covering your a** when you screw up.

I agree with Gary, three weeks is nothing to worry about. If she starts to look like she is loosing weight though, I would have her checked out. It is winter time and it is also cold and flu season for Boas. A start to an URI can be indicated by lack of an appitite. On the other hand it may just be because the light cycle and humidity levels have dropped to to the normal winter cycle and she is just not going to feed as regular. I normally will only feed my boas once every 2-4 weeks during the winter, it helps cycle into breeding season and most of my males will not eat that regualr anyway (like their owner they too have a one track mind)
Good luck

thanks for all your great help,i phoned a couple of people i knew and they told me that my hot end wasnt hot enough it was sitting at 85 when it should have been about 95 and that could be the reason for her not feeding because she knows she cant digest it properly so i changed it and within an hour she took the rat and i am really happy now
thanks for everything
