Yeah...you'll have to send those back right away...lol. You mentioned them as being mellow, and you're absolutely right. The 4 that I kept from the clutch are the mellowest babies I've ever raised. They never once snapped or bit me, even in the first weeks after hatching when most hatchlings are at least a little nippy. As far as the "bullseyes" go, I get tons of those from the male that sired this clutch (with two different females over the past couple of years). Don't know if there's some genetic component going on, an environmental factor at play, or what...but it sure is neat. Anyway, I'm very glad they're doing so well for you. The male I kept is doing just great (see picture in my post from Thursday). He's packing on the weight and should be good to go this upcomming winter (starting Novemeber-December '05).
