Looking for info on this Hypo

morgans boas Jan 23, 2005 08:49 PM

I purchased this '02 female from a local reptile show a couple of months ago (she was by far the prettiest boa there). I got her for a price lower than any baby hypos that I've ever seen on the classifieds. She was/is in perfect condition.
The paperwork shows that she originated from a guy named David Law. I've heard this name before, but not sure where. I'm trying to get info on her/ if she's a possible "super" or not. Thanks for any help.

I can't wait to go to the shows this year, maybe I will luck out and find a deal like that. Congrats on the super nice hypo. I havn't heard the name, but whoever he is produces some nice hypos. I have been told the only way to know is if both parents where Hypos, and to prove it you will have to breed her, which she will produce some killer babies. Good luck and keep us posted if you do breed her. Thanks for the pic...

Looks like you had a great find, but the only way to prove it is a super is to breed it to a normal. Good luck, ....I hope I find some deals like that too. Andy

. . . if both of her parents were hypos, thus making her a "possible super", or if she's a nice co-dom instead. I was hoping find info from the one who produced her, and maybe prove her out to be a "super" with an Albino, making the whole litter DH Sunglows. Thanks for the replies.

....that she was produced by Doug Matuszak of Boa Basement from his orangetail hypo line. At one time, I owned a brother and sister to her. I wish I had kept the sister.
