here's a generic rack i made similar to the AC ones. only problem i have with them is an 1/8" or less crack that i wouldn't trust the small geckos on.
this is the 20qt. sterilite containers. just thought you might think it was interesting.

another, this is the rough design that will be revised and finished up if everything goes well over the first few months. everything will be better sanded and waterproofed.

nice pinstripe!
from anthony, thanks
Looks like a handy system. One thing you'll want to be careful of is geckos hanging from the screen. We had toyed with that idea for the baby rack, but they make for too much of a tub opening hazard. You also may want to consider a non-toxic, water resistant treatment for the wood. Otherwise, you may end up with swelling in the rails, which will make it difficult to remove the tubs.
As far as the gap, I've found the 20 quarts to actually be OK with babies if you have almost zero gap between the tub and the shelf above. Unfortunately, that's tough to do with the rounded lip on the 20 quart containers when you're putting them on rails.
My 20 Quart systems actually are a boxed in rack design (as shown in the photo). The production model will have adjustable shelves so that you can set the shelf nearly all the way down on the tub.

yeah, i've only had one on the screen so far, i just bopped it from the top and it fell off so it wasn't much of an issue. i could definately see it being and issue if you tried to open it without noticing one was up there.
it will be nice when i have the time to make a bigger one for a larger container. in my experience it seems as though the cresties don't stick to the sterilite containers as well as glass and prefer to climb other objects than to strain themselves trying to get to the top of the tupperware.
P.S. thanks for the help the other night ont he phone.
