UVA-UVB bulbs

Hi all ,
For my two youngs tegus , I use a Power Sun 100W , but I would like to know if it's better for our tegus to use bulbs with a lot of UV , like Reptisun 10.0 Compact Fluorescent , for example ?
Are they more active , more beautiful , and in a better health ?
If yes , what is the better bulb ??

I would think a MVB like the powersun would be better since tegus spend a lot of hiding and limited time basking. The more UVB the better.
