white spots on back

are these mites? What are they? They're not eggs, the frog is too young. It has tiny white bumps on its back.

What type of frog is it? If its a WTF its normal.

2 adult WTF's and 1 baby, all males.
3 male FBT's and 1 unknown still.
4 male Red Legged Walking Frogs (Kassina Maculata's)and 1 female.
