Help! I just got a female green basilisk (given to me from the pet store) they gave her to me cuz her left front elbow has a HUGE sore (her scales have rotted off) They said it was gout?

Her color in general is a pretty pale green, and she has a UVA/UVB light, is very alert with a HUGE appetite, and is very active. She is also kinda Fat, with a HUGE belly and thick legs. She is 3 yrs old.

It just sounds like she is going to shed, their skin turns white before it peels off. It could be a fungus or something, but we can't tell unless you post a picture.
