Does anyone know where I can get this video other than vpi? I get no response from phone calls or email. I want this dvd but I dont feel secure with just sending money to info from a website and not being able to communicate with the company/person heck I can send my money and never hear anything.

I've got the ball pythons dvd from vpi. That sounds weird that they didn't respond to you. They usually do, in a very timely manner. Just curious, is your email working correctly? I know sometimes mine bungs up and doesn't really send emails when I thought it did.
If you order through their site, they'll get it right out to you. They are really nice people.
