I cannot stop taking pics of this girl she looks great for a wildcaught. She is from Jim Wells Co., TX. Feeding like a champ as well.

Gosh! She sure is pretty! That red is vibrant! =)
I'd like to own one of those, too...in my future collection. =)
Congratulations! I'll have to move to Texas now! =)

Thanks Chris. Now all I have to do is go find a mate for her. It is about 80 degrees here again today so maybe I should head out in search of a male.

Good luck...I should be down there in March combing through my favorite tin spots.

I have only collected 5 of these in my lifetime and the other 4 were caught in the sand dunes of Kleberg and Nueces Co., TX under tin. So tin spots are like gold in my opinion. This female was found in a firewood pile. Good luck in March.

John, good luck getting a male for her. She's a beauty. Keep us posted

Will do Terry. I went out today in other areas closer to me and had no great luck but flipped up a nice checkered garter and snapped a photo. Not an anulatta but satisfying to see at the end of January.
