i havent feed him today except for salad and im dont have any food. all i have is crikcets but they are way to big i dont know what to do help

Zack....how old is he and what size are the crickets?

I would not worry about him missing one day of feeding. He will live until tomorrow. I wouldn't offer him the crickets if they are much bigger than the space in between his eyes. Not worth the chance of impaction.
