hello I live in ont Canada and I want to get a Tortoises but I wants one that.
will live all its life in a 50g to 75g tank
not cost alot of money to less then 400 dollers.
I was looking at redfoots but they look like they get quit big.

Take a look at some info on Russians. I've seen them be pretty affordable and fit your size needs. See http://lllreptile.com/v2/content/info/care/care-sheets/turtles-and-tortoises/russian-tortoise.txt for some additional info. May also wish to look at ornate box turtles. If looking at tortoises specifically would recommend building small turtle table rather than use aquarium because allows for better ventilation which can reduce risks of respiratory problems in many species, russians included. Don't recommend red foot because will need much larger area in short period of time.

hey thanks for the info I have heard of these animals but thought they got much bigger. I think I am going to look in to these guys and get some info.
