Has anyone ever tried substituting tofu for live prey? Is this possible??

Tofu has a high amount of protein and calcium, but I haven't heard if it can be fed to beardies. I have it on my Nutrition Content Page as "questionable." Does anyone have info on this? I'd sure like to know.

A good friend of mine has a beardie that is over 10 years old. This weekend she was telling me she feeds tofu and that hers loves it. She rarely feeds live prey anymore; veges, tofu, and the hard commercial chow.
