In my case, for my adult leo I use moss.
For juvies I use a Ceramic Pot. They can keep moist very well.....
hope this helps

I've used paper towel, which dried out pretty quickly, green moss and they refused to go into their hides and now I'm on sphagnum peatmoss which they like. I think the breeder I got them from kept them on peatmoss so that's why they like it best. I tried to spray it down with water once a day because it dries out quickly too.

Now if only I can get them to eat properly.

i use vermiculite and mine dries up fast too, i just mist it about once a day, thats really the only thing that will keep it moist.
