My male mossy leaftail gecko has a light grayish whitish patch of skin on his side thats worrying me. Its lighter then the rest of the body and stands out a little. I think i've heard of this before. fungus or somethin maybe? If its something wrong is it serious and what should I do if anything? Is it better to just leave it alone?

could you take a picture? that might help. if it looks like a open wound, but kinda fungusy looking then i would take it to the vet and have a scraping done. sorry i cant help more.

no, it doesnt look like that. just a lighter color. it looks like how my crested geckos look when part of their skin has been covered from the light (like their inactive colors) my mossy's in a shed right now so ill see if its still like that after the shed.

thanks for the reply
