chasandler Jan 26, 2005 08:25 PM

comment and question really, my freind and i have been throwing around an idea of building a sick mirror/glass tank out of full length mirrors we've seen sold for cheap at walmarts etc and around ppls garbages just wondering if this would be feasible and secondly wondering if anyone has made any cool rubbermaid tanks for just like a lil garter snake if you could post pics that would be cool wondeirng how those look like, thanks and keep up the informative posts

Do you mean mirror on the inside or the outside of the cage? If you mean the inside, I think that would stress the snake out, seeing his reflection constantly. Just a thought..

Another thought to add to the other.....Mirrors are a kind of reflector and if you plan on using any kind of radiant heat it would multiply the effects especially light bulb style heat causing the possibility of burns. Just a thought.........
