Nah, my male's tails look like fingers next to that, and the nails look pretty short. I bet that is a girl.

that's a man turtle
guys have fat tails, what makes it fat? he's gotta you know whatie tucked away in there. and the cloaca is WAY out from his plastron. Girls have it very close to theirs and the tails are small and dainty like a little girl.
and his claws are long but I've seen longer.
