Saw the funniest ad in the classifieds

Someone is selling a venomoid pygmy rattler! I couldnt' help but chuckle when I saw this. Anyone that has to "snip" their Sistrurus is probably not even ready to own a corn snake (not that doing this with any other is okay). Sure, they're a bit on the pugnacious side but c'mon now folks, isn't this a bit extreme? I shutter to think about the kind of person that will end up buying this animal.

I seen it too, there have been a few venomoid copperheads along the way as well. I'm waiting too see when there is someone trying to venomoid a mangrove snake. The classified's are always a good source for laughter. The best things are the possible 50 or 100% het for yada yada for only $2500. I wonder how many of the yahoos buying these venomoids and hets for whatever are asking for ANY type of proof. Capitalism at it's finest, like the old saying goes, there's a sucker born every minute.
The only good thing I have been seeing with these ads is the fact that you keep seeing reduced prices. It's a beautiful thing that people aren't buying that garbage as much anymore. It's the same snakes over and over. I was tempted to e-mail a few people with an insult price, just to see if they would sell them to a person who will take care of them and give them a chance. But I can't condone buying any of those snakes or giving any profit to the people who are selling them.
-take care
