Hi,

I am new to this forum and just recently started caring for reptiles again so knowing what the best lizard out there is... I bought a chuckwalla My first chuck was an AZ redback which I purchased in a pet store about 7 yrs ago. He only lived a couple yrs until he just quite eating one day. anywho... I purchased this chuck off a guy in OK who said this chuck is a CCB male AZ but I am not so sure. AZ.. possibly but male is what i am questioning. lemme know what you guys think or if you need any additional pics. the chuck is just under 10" long. Thanks

Get a good close up of the innner thighs---- the femoral glands ( or lack of) will tell the story. How well does this chuck eat? Offer it plenty of flowers as well as chopped greens. Pansies, Sweet Allysum, Roses, Snapdragons, Dandelions, Gaillardia, Ragweed ( yes ragweed), -etc.

Best of Luck
