as I am on here looking a pics of different boas, I do believe that my snake i just bought is a peruvian. Do all surinames have the hour glass pattern with the bar going through it?

Not to be rude. I read your last post first.
If you do not know for sure the history of the parents or this animal you can not label the locale on the basis of pattern.
Although Peruvians and Surinams typically, but not always, have drastic differances in appearance you can't go by looks.
Just say you have a nice Red Tail.
