Chlorox Wipes .... are they safe enough to use?

One of the suggestions below was to use them. Are they as safe to use as the Virosan or whatever it is? Seems a lot easier to get a hold of.

Can you just pick up the poop - wipe it down, and spray with water and rinse (as suggested below)?

Yes it's plenty safe.........I do the same thing except after it dries from the clorox wipe I wipe again with a wet paper towel. I used to not even use the papertowel but found out it could be harmfull so figured why take cahnces....
