How long does it take for a baby geckos tail to fall off

geckogirl85 Jul 05, 2003 11:05 PM

My baby geckos tail came off last weekend and I'm wondering now how long will it take to grow back?
And can if fall off a second time?

It will take a while to regenerate, I don't know how long though maybe 2-4 weeks? A leo's tail can fall off repeatedly in life because it is a defense mechanism.
