So I didn't realize it, but water's slowly been filling the bottom of my tank, now it's finally flooding the substrate. I didn't really set my tank up right when I did it first (no gravel etc) but I thought it'd be ok until I upgraded. Anyway, I'm assuming I should redo the tank, but what do I do with frog-man? I don't know how to get him into another temporary container.

Do you still have the container he came in? When moving frogs, which I really hate to do, I coax them into a small deli-cup with a little water and a leaf or two in it, then simply put the container in the new habitat on its side and uncap it, leaving the frog to come out when he feels like it.

In the meantime, you can siphon off the excess water with an aquarium air hose and a 20cc veterinary syringe to start the process.
