I keep 2 of my BCI females together they are about 4 years old and they have been together for the last 3 years with no problems. It is not recomended to keep a male and female together after they are about a year old.

The problem with keeping boas together is if your boa gets sick they both will get sick, and aslo hard to tell if your snakes are deficating properly (one of them pooped but witch one?) Also one of the problems I have had is when I just got done cleaning the cage (because one of them pooped) the other will poop in the fresh new bedding.
