Need help identifying these boas.....

I am going to post this as a new message also becuase this has me curious. This is more of a question for you than a answer for you. I bought the Father Salmon as a possible super, he comes from Jimmy Horton, Texhiss.com, who got him from Rich Ihle...he is 2 years old. I have an unknown bloodline female who produced the babies here. This being my first litter, I am unsure of what Salmons all look like at birth..even normals for that matter. I realize they have to shed and develope their color, but as I was looking them over, one of the babies looks like an anery to me. My female was dark so I just shrugged it off as a undeveloped color on the baby. Then just a while ago I am looking at the babies again, and I took the picture posted here. Do you see a different kind of Salmon in the pic? I am almost thinking a ghost... Is that possible? It is a larger baby so undeveloped colors should not be part of it. Let me know what everyone thinks. I am sorry I will try and get the anery looking baby pic later. I am not saying it is a ghost, I just notice a difference and need help understanding what I am seeing. Thanks everyone, Andy

Most likely it is just a washed out light pastel type salmon. Sure does look different though. Have a great night all. Andy

I haven't produced Hypos as of yet, but I know that normal types are very grey and dull at 1st until their shed. They really start showing better color after their 3rd or 4th shed. Last year I had a batch of babies, and there were a couple with really faded tails - well after their 1st shed, they were the same as the rest. It's really cool when you go in to check on them, and half have shed - it's pretty exciting.
Congrats - Take care, David
