Have you read my article on Setting up basking areas for free-roaming iguanas? What I did is just one example but there's enough going on that you should be able to adapt some of the ideas for your use, or use them to springboard your own.
You might also want to join your local herp society and meet other iguana keepers and talk to them about what they are doing with their igs at home.
