Do baby bearded dragons bite?
What are the indicators of them about to bite?
What kind of damage does their bite do?
Thanks!
Dan

From each of my dragons, i've only been bitten once each, and both times were accidental while i was hand feeding them. But if your bearded dragon is really about to bite in defense, it'll 99% of the time puff up its beard really big and have their mouth gaping open. But that doesnt always mean that they will bite you, it's pretty much the "Standard" dragon defense pose.
If a baby bearded dragon bit you, it would likly not even break the skin, but juvies, sub-adults and adults can all give u a nasty little *or not so little* cut.

Any animal with a mouth can bite, some more willing to then others. Most of the dragons I have seen will puff up there throats and open their mouths to scare off would be attackers.. (in this case..you) On more than one occasion they are usually only bluffing. The dragon I have now used to bluff all the time, but as he got older he has stopped, but the first one I bought was part vampire and it seemed he was always hungry. So you kind of have to use your judgement. If you startle or suprise him, dont blame him if he follows through with his warning.
