Would this be considered a "Burgandy" or "HYPO" BALL???

STUART Jan 29, 2005 10:58 PM

You know Ive had this female for over 15 years. She was my first ball python. I painted my Dads house when I was younger and he went to the pet shop and they said they would pick the nicest one for me. This was it. Ive only bred her twice. The first time I held all of the babies back the second time I gave them away for free dumb move on my part I think lol. Any how I have her in with one of her male offspring but hes not showing interest. Just wondering what you think of this girl. She has no black whatsoever and is very red. Would this be considered Burgandy?

In her first clutch she had this little anomoly, Im not sure what to make of her either. But I did keep her shes got a cute little light brown sock head.

I rarely make opinions in these matters but she sure looks like something. Damn nice. Cute kid too!

If you have another clutch from her I will take a pair in for free LOL. I don't care what anyone else calls her, I call her PRETTY!

She's 100% burgandy and a nice one at that, is she hypo or not, hard to say from pics, next time she sheds, look through the shed in front of a light, if there is no pattern left on the shed skin, then you have yourself a Hypo Burg...

Looks better than some of the burgundy balls I've seen for sale, doesn't look like a hypo from the pictures though.

Awesome looking snake, I agree with the others that's a Burgandy.

And is it just me or does her baby look a bit Mojavish?
