**PICS** Of my silver retic.

Charlotte Jan 29, 2005 11:50 PM

Took some pics of my pride and joy tonight, if anyone's interested.

He's pushing 13 feet, now.

I've had him ever since he could coil around my wrist...
(some of you may remember this photo...allow me to reminise for a sec...)

And now, almost 3 years later... here's my boy.

Slumbering--in his newly built cage.

Stirring...

The photo session ended when he became increasingly interested...

Thanks for lookin'!
I love him, muchly!

He's so beautiful Charlotte and you've done a great job raising him! Looks like he has plenty of room in his new cage too. I was hoping you'd post some new pics of him thanks!

Awesome!!!That is one beautiful serpent. What are your enclosure
dimensions? Thanks,Jered

Charlotte Feb 02, 2005 01:27 AM

Dimentions:

8 feet long, 4 feet deep, aprox 2 feet high.

And yes, it is a PAIN THE THE ASS to clean and disinfect, but it does get done. I have to crawl in the cage to do it, but it does get done.

(Crawl in the cage once the retic is removed and safetly secured in his bath, of cource)

Every time I clean the cage I curse it repeatedly, threaten to get rid of it and invest in a 6' vision.
But once it's clean, and everything is said and done, to see him spread out and move around freely does my heart good and it's all worth it somehow. =)
