Just kidding. I have a Jason's Jungle Rack System and I love it. I'd like to get a few more, but I'm waiting on the new tubs to arrive. =/

or for a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. I hope you weren't planning on visiting a plastic surgeon's website just to look at breasts. That's pretty sad. Especially when TeenageVixens.com is only a click away. =)

Trust me. You'll be another satisfied customer.

In fact...hey, Jason! Since I endorse your products so vigorously...do I get some sort of commission percentage? Or maybe a free rack system? =)

Chris =)

IMO freedom breeder makes the best racks for ball pythons and most every large ball python breeder is using them.

serpentcity Jan 30, 2005 02:02 PM

...several variables to consider:

Freedom Breeders are expensive and you need to have good control of ambient conditions (temp & humidity)...

The smaller modular plastic rack systems (ie: B.A.R.R.S., Animal Plastics, Jason's Jungle, etc.) work better where ambient conditions are difficult to control...cheaper to buy and add on to...

On a REAL budget...home-made wood or melamine can work fine, but the melamine is obscenely heavy...

JMHO...

My Boaphiles work excellent when ambient temps are low (72F-74F), but when they are 80F or above I can't keep the cool end of the tubs below 85F. I provide plenty of holes in the tubs for my Boaphiles, but the only ones really doing anything for air exchange are the ones in the front, wich isn't enough for what I want.

He isnt kidding!
This thing is about 4x heavier than it looks,but it works great.

I made some for my cobras & getting them in the herp room was 10X harder than makeing them (and they were on casters)...LOL. They did work great though.

In the UK, the best rack systems are produced by 'Pro Rack'.

I think freedom breeder does I have matrix also and they are melamine they are just heavy. Also I didnt really notice a problem with the ambient temps, only with the shedding but I switched the bedding to sani chips. I was using DCL but when I switched to the chips it cured the problem and I keep them in my bedroom where I sleep because my parents don't want them anywhere in the house.

Not the first time I heard sani chips helped shedding problems. I might have to try switching from shredded aspen to sani chips.
