skin problem

I have several ig's that have some sort of skin condition, that i have never seen before, it acts as if the are shedding, but the skin actually becomes hardened, yellowish in color, and definetly seems to be causing some form of discomfort, i fear it may be yellow fungas, but i am not familar enough with this to no for sure, can someone give me some more info on this fungus and what is the best treatment for this problem. thankyou, Michele
