i go upstate ny during the summmer and i go snake hunting, we alway catch garders. i was wondering when do they come out mostly like of hibrernation. bc i have a week off in like april will they be out by then

Yes, Garters are usually out by late march early april.

it reallt depends on the weaether, I have found them in march b4 but it was really nice. usually by april I would say they are out. as long as it's sunny you should be able to find them
