I think Chili has become my pride and joy in the pen. I always have fears that some lizard won't do well in captivity. This guy has done extremely well for me, inside or out. He will tend to jump a lot at the lid when he is in the house, but luckily he has only managed to rub his snout just a little. I keep him in the pen outside enough that it has not become a problem.
In this picture, it looks as if he is sporting a single black collar. I need to go look at him in person again, because I never noticed that before. I have a feeling it is just hiding behind those broad shoulders.
