Here is my '03 Dwight Good Everglades rat snake....

And my '03 Dwight Good Greenish rat....

My Dwight Good White Oaks phase Grey rat...

Dwight Good Yellow rat snake...

My MO locale male black rat..

My MO locale female black rat...

And my Bullitt county KY locale black rat snake. He is getting huge and probably close to 70". I need to get an accurate measurement, the last time I measured him he was at 66"....

I figured you would appreciate them! I didnt have a pic of my KY locale corn as he is in shed. So as soon as he and the Albino complete their shed phase Ill post some pics of them as well.

Eventually I would like to add a couple more Elaphe to my collection. Would like to add a Slowinski corn, great plains rat, a texas rat and a fox snake.

Got some kings to add as well, so it will be a few more years before I have all that I want!! LOL

Your bullett (can't remember the exact spelling, and don't live in your country, so can't be bothered to try too hard )country black rat looks nearly identical to my man-made greenish rat, except my greenish's head is the same yellowy brown colour as his background, rather than darkening up. Also, you're holding your snake. When I go away, my friends have apparently resorted to the plexiglas face shields and heavy leather gloves we have at school for vicious dogs. I don't think he's quite that bad, but he can be... nippy.
Anyway, nice snakes. I like the red on your female black rat, my male black rat has a little less red colouration than that. It's quite attractive, I think.

Thanks! The Bullitt county black rat is tame as a puppy. I have raised it from a hatchling so he gets handled quite often. He has never bitten, not even as a hatchling. Great disposition, unless its feeding time. Then he can turn violent, strikes with lilghtning quickness and coils all around his food item!! And I feed him F/T!!! LOL

My albino black rat and the female MO locale black rat are the only ones that ever bit. The albino was pretty nippy until about 1.5 years old. He doesnt bite now that he has put on some size and isnt intimidated by my size. The female however has just now settled down enough and hasnt bitten in the last few months. Still jittery and doesnt like to be held, but Im working on her as well.
