Nice looking setup. Real curious here. Is that a kit of some sort, if so what are the dimensions, the make and model number and approximate price range if not to personal? Looks like something I could use.

You can get these built on site by Home Depot. They roughly run about $1500 or so. The local home depot should have some sheds setup out front to look at. They run from around $300 for one you can take home and set up yourself to $800 for the site built ones upwards of $1800 or so.

How do these kits compare price wise to buying the material yourself and building from scratch?

I imagine the big benefit of buying the kit is the roof-joists. They don't look stock and I'd hate to put together several from scratch.

Also, I'm still curious to hear about where the air space is located in the RHP you dismantled.

I apologize, wasn't too clear. The ones you can purchase and assemble yourself (to my knowledge... havent worked in that dept in about a year and a half now...) are all just the plastic or sheet metal sheds. the wooden ones are all either site built or delivered complete. It may vary state to state, however.

Also, I'm still curious to hear about where the air space is located in the RHP you dismantled

I didn't dismantle a RHP, I was thinking about how were these things made, and how I could build one cheaper (Not too interested in ripping a $100 heater apart..) I got Helix's phone number and I am planning on giving them a call to ask what type of insulation (if any) is used, or how these things are assembled, just out of morbid curiosity.

Since I'm not the most "building" cordinated person in the world, I had to have mine built. It was going to cost me for the same style 10X12 $2300 for the building, and that included the erection of it. Then I would have to pay 8.25 in sales tax.
Total would have been $2489.75. I saved a BUNCH by going with this guy.
