Franklin's identity crisis

I have recently adopted a new friend named Franklin. The vet figures it's a girl despite the name and could be appox. 4 yrs.old. That's all I know about "Frankly the turtle doesn't give a damn." I have a made a beautiful home for her and she seems to be eating well and enjoying her surroundings. Anyone with any helpful tips or that might know what kind of turtle she is, please let me know! I've been searching sites for 3 months and no luck. Thank you! Paula (I can't figure out how to send pic)
