False Bottoms

I'm new to this hobby as far as keeping Dendrobates go. I have been reading up on how to make a false a bottom but all of the instructions I have found have been very hard to read and confusing. Is there anyone out there that knows of any links with good detailed instructions and pictures on how to make these. Thanks.
