they are some awsome pics there but u always have great pics rich. some thing my yellow did the other day made me think of u. i was moveing things around in his cage when he struck at me but his mouth was closed and he hit my hand. i was a little confused and then i instently thought of u and ur girl that dose that. just figured i shair.

` They sure can be full of surprises, Cody.
` I rescued a young male, around 6/12 feet a few years ago. He was covered with sores, so I was spraying peroxide, and packing Neosporin under his scales. He fought and hissed, but did not bite. Finally, he wrapped my wrist and forearm and constricted me with amazing force. It was actually quite painful. Then, he seemed satisfied and let go and let me go on poking him with a swab. It bruised my arm black and blue.
` Until that time, I had just assumed that constriction was used by them only for killing, instinctively, but there's more to it than that. Like striking, they can use it as a warning, like Hognose snakes.
