Please do not take this the wrong way, but it looks like a bad enclosure. First it's very risky giving any reptile the opportunity to touch lights. They could easily get burned. Second, frilled dragons mainly dwell in the trees, so you would be better off standing the cage on end and provide 4-6" diameter climbing braches. Fake plant are fine, water dish fine. Not trying to be hard, but help you avoid problems.

P. S nice frillies!! here is my female
Like I said, I wasn't trying to be hard on you. Keeping as many frilleds as I have I know how well they can jump. I just don't want you to end up with a badly burnt animal. The 3 most important things when keeping frilleds is caging, caging, and food. Frilleds love to climb and bask, and they love their insects. Good luck with them, they are a very neat pet to own.

Oh I now and thank you for watching out for me. And I will take your word for it and I am going to try to set it up better.
I have a? what is your cage timp? mine is 80f in the hot area and 65 to 70 in the cool. The hot spot is around 100. But they never get out of the place that they sleep in that night. They sleep in the corners of the cage were there is now heat so I guess they just dont know when to get up. What do you thank?
it could also be that they are afraid of each other, because it seems they are always hiding from one another but they dont seam to mind me. what do you thank?
thanks
jake
