from your photos. The color doesn't really show enough detail. Maybe you could take another photo in better light, maybe of the head and upper third of the body. I'm certainly no expert with this kind of stuff, but Indians are very distinct in their coloration. They also have some obvious differences around the head region. Try to get in some better lighting and get a good photo of the upper part of its body.
