I have a male pyro, thinking of crossing with L.t. syspila
Anyone done this?
Think I'll need a female pyro to "trick" him, or would they just breed if tossed together?

i have made this cross. as a rule i would say they aren't likely to breed without some trickery, but every animal is different. some males will breed anything.
THanks.
Do you have any pics of this cross?
did the babies feed well?
no pics at the moment, though if someone wants to volunteer to post them for me, i'd shoot a few and email them.
they weren't great feeders, but most are now taking pinks readily. i'd say a bit easier than your typical syspila, a bit harder than your typical pyro.
incidentally, the female pyro i used was a knoblochi.
the father is pictured, i don't have a photo of the mother.
