Some advice about a lump. Pic included.

This is Vladimir. Ive had him for a little over two years. I think hes always had the lump but it wasent big enough to notice. Now that hes getting bigger the lump is growing with him. I dont think it bothers him too much. He feeds, soaks, and escapes like any other ball python. I just wanted to know if its anything to worry about.
