Some advice about a lump. Pic should work this time.

This is the second time Im posting this message. The first time the picture didnt work. If the pic still isnt working just tell me and I'll try to fix it again. This is Vladimir. Ive had him for a little over two years. I think hes always had the lump but it wasent big enough to notice. Now that hes getting bigger the lump is growing with him. I dont think it bothers him too much. He feeds, soaks, and escapes like any other ball python. I just wanted to know if its anything to worry about.

After about an hour the picture stops working, so I give up. If I can find out what's wrong with it I'll try posting it one more time.
