All I know about Weygoldt is that he wrote some papers on dedrobatids and Salamanders in the 80's- in German. It's quite possible that a frog morph was named after him, but by taxonomic rules, it shouldn't have replaced the previous name of alanis, and should have been something new and different, even as a morph variety. Perhaps it wasn't. I was hoping someone else would know more about it and you wouldn't get ignored.
