Question for anyone from South Carolina

marksherps Feb 02, 2005 08:09 PM

I'm thinking about moving there in a year or so but don't know where to look! I don't want to live on the coast so maybe the middle or western part of the state. If you know a good area please let me know. Thanks!

I dont actually live in SC but I almost moved there a couple of years ago, specifically Columbia. We spent 3 days there and hated all but 30 minutes of it. It was a very ugly city. The zoo was OK, but thats about it. There were a few nice places but not many. Maybe someone who lives there could give you a better outlook on it, but we were very disappointed. On the other hand, Greenville seems to be OK. My aunt lives there and likes it. Not trying to bring you down or anything, just my opinion of Columbia. Good luck in your move.

We live in Greenville and think that there is no better place to live. We have very good weather most of the time. And the state laws on reptiles are the best around. If there is anything you need to know just Holler! LOL
