Sleeping question???

ejaquish Feb 03, 2005 01:44 AM

I have had my two collareds for about 2 weeks now and I have the light timers set to go on at 7 and off at 7. But, by about 3 they are already under the rocks and either sleeping or kiding. Do I have anything to worry about? They seem really healthy other than that.

Mine are on the same schedule, and Ezra loves to go to bed early everyday ever since I bought him. Annabella and Cory who were wild caught are usually stay up a little longer.

My lizards seem to be on different schedules. Amon gets up usually around 9:00am, and will stay up until I shut the lights off, or about 10:00pm if I forget.

Amaunette, on the other hand, can sleep in as late as noon, and sometimes goes to bed before 5pm!

If this is a problem for you, I'm sure that changing your timer to 8AM-7PM will modify your lizards habbits.
I'm sure they gonna sleep at 5 instead of 4.

You may try 9AM-8PM too ...
