flex-watt tape

hi,

i'm still having a little difficulty getting my temps up with a heatmat and spot lamp, someone told me the best thing to do is to install flexwatt tape, is this easy to use/safe for leos/any other advice you can give to me?

It is a safe as any other ehating element. You would use it the same as a prefab undertank heater...
