No. Eardrum differences are called a Secondary Sex Characteristic. Much in the same way that the devolopment of breasts and broader hips are for females in humans. Eardrum sizes are relative, and can only be accurately determined when the animal is sexually mature.

So it would be like...the bigger the eardrum the bigger the boob which means it is a female?
no, males have bigger eardrums n/p

the timpanic membrane (aka eardrum) in males is usualy 2 to 3 times the size of the eye

I think you really have to wait until the bullfrog is more mature, like in its second year. When my bullfrog morphed a few years ago, I was convinced it was a female, but throughout the year those ears kept growing, and now I know he is a male.
