I recently acquired a pair of these fascinating frogs and was wondering if anyone has any info on breeding them? Raising tad poles, etC?
They have been in amplexus since I got them. Mike

Hi Mike,

There is a reasonably good article about breeding them in the April 1996 Reptiles magazine. I think the folks at Mascarino have also had some good luck with these toads in the past, you might want to contact them. This is the first time in quite a few years that they have been imported in any numbers so there really just aren't that many hobbyists working with them at the moment. Hopefully the rest of the toads will go into the hands of others like yourself who have the intent to breed them. Good luck,
-----
