i went to a website for amphibians and i went to the section that tells what food to feed newts and one of the frozen foods said mysis shrimp was highly nutritious. today i went to the store and saw that mysis shrimp was great for saltwater fish printed on the front cover. i asked a person who worked there if it had any salt in it and he said there wasn't any. so i need to make sure it is healthy and is ok to feed it to my newts before i feed it to them.thanks
