I have a tegu who is have some tail sheding problems, it seems to be the middle part of his tail, Iv tryed soaking him but no luck, what can I do to help him. thank you

Humidity is great, regular soaking baths are good, but for stubborn sheds that refuse to come off try a small dab of mineral oil, or some people use olive oil, and rub it into the stuck area in small circles. After a short period you should be able to roll the dry skin off.

You can buy a shed aid, but you will find the main ingrediant is just going to be some standard oil base, perhaps they will toss in some Vit E, but it's the oil doing the magic.
